Brussels 2012 september 16 This Sunday the entire province of Brussels was forbidden for cars. All roads were free to use by foot, by bike or anyway you like. Public transport did work, but were free. In Brussels pedestrians and cars are a hot issue for many years now. Cars are everywhere, making Brussels one of the most polluted capitals of Europe. Kid plays while others bike around.Brussels has steep hills and descends.
