The woman (NAHIMA EL BAGHDADI) being fined for wearing a face covering veil in public (niqab, hijab), forbidden in France and Belgium, visited the townhall of Schaarbeek, a community of Brussels. Mr. Rachid Nekkuz of the French foundation vzw Touche pas à ma Constitution (do not touch my Constitution) payed the fine.In this picture flowers are put at a monument in front of the town hall for a niqab wearing woman who killed herself on the 18th of July in a lake in Brussels. vlnr mr.
