The woman (NAHIMA EL BAGHDADI) being fined for wearing a face covering veil in public (niqab, hijab), forbidden in France and Belgium, visited the townhall of Schaarbeek, a community of Brussels. Mr. Rachid Nekkuz of the French foundation vzw Touche pas à ma Constitution (do not touch my Constitution) payed the fine.
